Since 1995 California Marine Sanctuary Foundation (EIN #94-3225675) has worked to protect ocean resources and coastal watersheds in the face of population growth, urban and industrial uses, climate change, and resource extraction. 

Expertly managed private donations, along with philanthropic and government grants, are critical to our success. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we file 990s annually with the Internal Revenue Service and also conduct annual independent audits of our financials.
